Monthly plans
Same product on every plan. The house cap is what changes — every lot you create counts, even if it is still empty.
How the free month works
Paid plans are live. After you create an account, pick Advanced, Pro, or Expert in Settings → Billing. That starts a one-month free trial. You keep the same workspace you set up now — neighborhoods, houses, buyers, and the portal.
After the free month, billing is monthly for the plan you choose. A house is any lot you create, even if it is still empty. Upgrade or downgrade if your pipeline grows or shrinks.
No card is required to create a builder account. The in-app Billing page is where you pick the plan.
