How the free month will work

Starting September 1, 2026, choosing a plan begins a one-month free trial. You keep the same workspace you set up now — neighborhoods, houses, buyers, and the portal.

After the free month, billing is monthly for the plan you choose. A house is any lot you create, even if it is still empty. Upgrade or downgrade if your pipeline grows or shrinks.
