Who we are

MyEquity is operated by WORKBYZANDER LLC ("MyEquity," "we," "us"). Contact: team@myequity.app.

Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using MyEquity, you agree to these terms. If you use MyEquity on behalf of a builder organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts & access

• Keep credentials secure and revoke access when someone leaves.
• Builder admins are responsible for team members and homeowners they invite.
• Homeowner invites should only go to people authorized on that home.
• Use the service only for legitimate homebuilding project coordination.

Your content

Project data, photos, financial snapshots, and documents you upload remain your (or your organization's) responsibility. You represent that you have the rights to share them through the portal with invited users.

Payments & financial information

MyEquity displays financial information entered by builders for project visibility. It does not process construction payments, provide banking or brokerage services, or replace your purchase agreement with the builder unless a future paid module expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse MyEquity, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or interfere with the service or other users.

Termination

You may stop using MyEquity at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment of any applicable subscription fees.

Disclaimer

MyEquity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Project schedules, costs, and documents are provided by builders and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEquity and WORKBYZANDER LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
